Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our client and ensure seamless daily operations within a busy office environment. This 100% onsite, temporary position based in Philadelphia, PA, focuses on overseeing facility management, coordinating office events, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent service for employees and guests. The ideal candidate will have a “can do” mindset, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency.
 

Compensation:
• $23.00 – $25.00/hour
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator:
• Coordinate office functions and events, including scheduling conference rooms, arranging catering, and ensuring spaces are set up and cleaned before and after use
• Greet and assist visiting employees and guests with professionalism
• Manage office supply inventory, placing orders and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Keep kitchen, breakroom, and meeting spaces tidy throughout the day, including loading the dishwasher at the end of the workday
• Sort, distribute, and send mail/packages, including heavy items, and resolve shipping issues as needed
• Act as the main point of contact for building management and vendors for facility and service needs
• Maintain organization of shared areas such as copier stations and storage rooms
• Support other departments with special projects as needed
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Facilities Coordinator:
• Basic proficiency in Excel and general office computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude toward completing tasks
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift and handle packages as part of mailroom duties
