Job Title: FP&A Manager
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our client and play a vital role in supporting financial analysis and operational excellence. This 100% remote, permanent/direct-hire position (open to candidates in EST or CST) focuses on transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and accountability. The FP&A Manager will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting, forecasting, and strategic support for healthcare revenue cycle operations.
 

Compensation:
• $100,000 – $130,000 annually
 

Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
 

Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and deliver insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to support recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to present clear, actionable information.
• Develop and manage tools in Excel and Smartsheet for forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
• Own the full data process lifecycle, from data ingestion to interpretation, and act as the subject matter expert for financial analytics.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the FP&A Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent experience in financial analysis, preferably within shared services.
• Previous healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) analysis experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project/workflow management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
