Job Title: Qualification Management Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Qualification Management Specialist to join our client in supporting critical equipment qualification and compliance processes. This direct-hire, onsite position based in Raleigh, NC focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and seamless execution of qualification activities while providing guidance and support to technical teams and customers.

Compensation:

  • $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Qualification Management Specialist:

  • Develop, review, and maintain test plans, qualification protocols, templates, and project-specific documentation to ensure compliance and technical accuracy.
  • Review, release, and manage maintenance binders and trackers to align with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to field service teams by responding to inquiries and supporting qualification documentation processes.
  • Perform and oversee onsite qualification activities, including IQ/OQ and related service support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to address deviations and discuss qualification topics with customers.
  • Initiate and process deviation reports and support customer project audits.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve qualification documentation and ensure consistency.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to maintain expertise.

Qualifications and Skills for the Qualification Management Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or life sciences discipline preferred.
  • Experience in qualification management, equipment compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ and ReQ processes, protocols, and documentation practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently handle deviations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with customers.
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Proficiency with documentation systems and Microsoft Office tools.
