Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Representative to join our client and provide critical support in processing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry. This hybrid, temporary-to-hire position, based in Wayne, PA, offers the opportunity to build strong customer service and administrative skills while contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

Compensation:

  • $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Training hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • After training, availability required until 8:00 PM on certain remote days (typically 1–2 times per week)

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative:

  • Enter and update data from applications into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and process customer requests, both written and verbal
  • Communicate with internal teams, brokers, agencies, and customers via phone and email
  • Research property coverage history, assign occupancies, and calculate insured values
  • Generate quotes within set authority limits by reviewing exposures, rating experience, and adjusting pricing
  • Order risk assessments when needed and issue bound new business
  • Support exception account reporting and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Solutions Representative:

  • Call center or strong customer service experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
