Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to C-level executives. This remote, direct-hire position is open to candidates located in the New York City area. The role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Compensation:

  • $110,000 – $120,000 annually + bonus

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, standard business hours with flexibility based on executive needs and organizational priorities

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant:

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel arrangements
  • Support Board meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and taking detailed notes with follow-up action items
  • Draft correspondence, compile reports, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and executive-level materials
  • Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Organize leadership meetings, conferences, and company-wide events
  • Create polished presentations, manage documentation, and support operational efficiency

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior Executive Assistant:

  • 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support, ideally within life sciences, private equity, or start-up environments
  • Experience in global or international organizations strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur or similar expense management tools a plus
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with professionalism and corporate maturity
  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory compliance is a plus
