Job Title: Operations Analyst
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our client and provide essential support in managing advisor fee payments and financial operations. This hybrid contract role, based in Dresher, PA (1 day onsite each week), focuses on ensuring accurate billing, allocation, and remittance of advisor fees while working with multiple billing systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled with Excel, comfortable handling large datasets, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
 

Compensation:

• $25 – $30/hour
   

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, standard business hours (flexible start/end times)
   

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst:

• Support quarterly advisor fee processing, including payment distribution through the trade system.

• Ensure accuracy in fee billing, allocation, and remittance.

• Manage updates to broker dealer changes and advisor rates across systems.

• Format, manipulate, and analyze large Excel files to support business decisions.

• Navigate between multiple billing systems resulting from growth and acquisitions.

• Provide general operational support as needed.
   

Qualifications and Skills for the Operations Analyst:

• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to quickly manipulate and validate large datasets.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in financial services, billing, accounting, data analytics, or a related field preferred.

• Tech-savvy with strong numerical and analytical abilities; industry background is flexible.
