Job Title: Customer Service Advocate
 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advocate to join our client and play a vital role in supporting member services. This hybrid contract position, based in Philadelphia, PA, focuses on assisting members with inquiries, providing solutions, and fostering positive relationships through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring prior call center or customer service experience and a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a consulting or advocacy setting.
 

Compensation:
• $21/hour
 

Work Schedule:
• Availability required Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite in Philadelphia
 

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advocate:
• Handle inbound and outbound member calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and offer tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships and establish trust with members to support long-term engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Advocate:
• Previous call center or customer service experience, ideally in a consulting or advocacy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and comfort with navigating multiple applications.
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
