Job Title: Benefits Administrator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our client to support the delivery and administration of employee benefit programs. This contract role, located near King of Prussia, PA, is onsite during standard business hours. The Benefits Administrator will be a key partner in assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating core processes such as enrollments, audits, and vendor management. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a service-focused approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced HR environment.
Compensation:
$25 – $40/hour depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrator:
• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and billing reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide frontline support to employees by responding to inquiries, addressing benefit issues, and assisting with claim resolution.
• Collaborate with payroll and vendors to process contributions, adjustments, and audits in Workday and related systems.
• Support annual open enrollment activities, benefit orientations, and communications regarding plan updates or changes.
• Manage leave of absence requests, disability claims, and workers’ compensation documentation, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications and Skills for the Benefits Administrator:
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is valued.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems; Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations such as FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
