Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our client, one of the Nation’s Top Insurance Services Organizations, in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation:
Start with a guaranteed base salary and uncapped commission potential. Most Inside Sales Representatives earn $65,000 – $80,000 in their first year, with many surpassing $100,000 by year two. Work Schedule (Phoenix, AZ):
• Training (first 20 days): 100% remote | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM AZ Time
• Department Hours (post-training): Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM AZ Time | Sat, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM AZ Time
• Full-time: 40 hours/week across five 8-hour shifts; one Saturday per month required.
Key Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
• Respond to inbound leads and digital inquiries, generating quotes, educating customers, and closing new policies.
• Drive revenue by making targeted outbound follow-ups and maximizing conversion opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building rapport, answering questions, and ensuring clients choose the right coverage.
• Track performance against KPIs including policies written, premium converted, cross-sells, and service levels.
• Seamlessly navigate multiple computer systems and CRM tools to process policies efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills for the Inside Sales Representative:
• 1+ year of sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar environment).
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a proven ability to hit or exceed performance targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced call center setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required at hire; must be obtained within 30–90 days (sponsorship and training provided).
• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement.
