Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to join our client to lead branch operations and drive customer growth in the Wayne, PA area. This direct-hire position is responsible for overseeing daily branch performance, guiding a team of banking professionals, and cultivating strong client and community relationships. The Branch Sales Manager will focus on growing deposits, loans, and referral activity while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a high-net-worth clientele in a polished, professional environment where confidentiality and exceptional service are essential.
 

Compensation:
$110,000 – $115,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunities
 

Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (with a half-day off during the week when Saturday is worked). No overtime.
 

Key Responsibilities of the Branch Sales Manager:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branch staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive branch growth by expanding deposits, loans, and customer relationships through proactive networking and business development.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal banking teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities and deliver seamless customer service.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a professional branch environment.
• Represent the branch in the community by building relationships with local businesses and Centers of Influence.
• Monitor branch financial performance, oversee expenses, and implement strategies to achieve scorecard and profitability goals.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Branch Sales Manager:
• 5+ years of branch management experience in retail or business banking.
• Proven success in achieving sales and business development goals, particularly with high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and coaching banking staff.
• Deep understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements in a financial services environment.
• Professional presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proficiency in banking software, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and Microsoft Office applications.
