Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our client to support the optimization of HR technology and streamline business processes. Based onsite in Camden, NJ, this direct hire role plays a key part in ensuring HR systems function smoothly, data remains accurate, and users receive effective support. The analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reporting capabilities, ultimately driving efficiency across the organization.

Compensation:
$70,000–$90,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HRIS Analyst:

  • Support the daily operations of multiple HR systems, including Oracle HCM and Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and reliable performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues by analyzing root causes, testing solutions, and partnering with IT or vendors when needed.
  • Configure system modules, perform quality assurance testing, and assist with upgrades, integrations, and process documentation.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance HR reports and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.
  • Partner with HR leadership to recommend process improvements and implement system enhancements that strengthen data quality and streamline workflows.
  • Contribute to organizational management activities, including position and headcount tracking, to ensure accurate workforce planning and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior HRIS Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on HRIS experience, with strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, SQL, or other visualization tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) along with strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs.
