Job Title: Client Setup Analyst
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Setup Analyst to join our client to support the accurate onboarding and maintenance of group benefit accounts. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role based in Philadelphia, PA (onsite Tuesday–Thursday) ensures that new client groups, renewals, and cancellations are processed correctly across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans. The Analyst will partner with internal teams, brokers, and benefit vendors to troubleshoot setup issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving across systems and stakeholders.
 

Compensation:
Up to $30.71/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours
(Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Client Setup Analyst:
• Manage the full lifecycle of client account setup, including new group implementation, renewals, changes, and cancellations across multiple benefit lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brokers, and internal departments to ensure client purchase information is accurately captured and reflected in benefit administration systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system discrepancies, pharmacy access issues, and benefit-related errors by partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and client requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to Sales and other teams, supporting benefit changes, group structures, and overall client expectations.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Client Setup Analyst:
• Associate degree required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, client setup, or a related operational role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with management, brokers, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn proprietary and vendor systems.
• Proven problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to changing processes and priorities.
• Professional demeanor with a willingness to cross-train and support team members.
