Job Title: Regulatory Documentation Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Documentation Specialist to join our client to support a large-scale documentation standardization project. This fully remote, contract role requires candidates to reside in the EST time zone. The specialist will focus on converting existing controlled documents into updated Word templates, ensuring formatting consistency, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and timely delivery. This position is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong technical writing and document management skills to contribute to an impactful initiative within a regulated industry.
 

Compensation:
$28–$34/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
 

Key Responsibilities of the Regulatory Documentation Specialist:
• Reformat and transition existing controlled documents into standardized Microsoft Word templates with embedded styles.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to confirm missing details or clarify ambiguous content.
• Maintain version control and adhere to strict project deadlines.
• Contribute to overall quality and consistency across a high volume of regulatory documents.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Regulatory Documentation Specialist:
• Previous experience in technical writing, document formatting, or regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, particularly working with templates (.dotx) and advanced formatting tools.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in highly regulated settings.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within project timelines.
• Familiarity with documentation practices in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.
