Job Title: Client Account Director (RCM)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Account Director (RCM) to join our client to strengthen provider relationships, optimize revenue cycle operations, and guide client-facing teams to deliver measurable results. This fully remote, direct-hire role requires candidates to reside in the Eastern or Central time zones and work Eastern business hours. The Director will oversee client success initiatives, partner with executives to resolve escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to implement performance improvements. This position is well-suited for leaders with experience in healthcare revenue cycle management who can balance executive engagement with operational problem-solving.
Compensation:
$85,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on level of experience (Manager or Director), plus bonus opportunities
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours (EST)
Key Responsibilities of the Client Account Director (RCM):
• Lead and mentor client success team members, providing guidance, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, serving as a trusted partner and addressing escalations with timely solutions.
• Partner with internal operations, finance, and business services teams to analyze client data, identify gaps, and drive revenue cycle process improvements.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and reporting, ensuring accountability and proactive resolution of client issues.
• Support onboarding and expansion of client accounts, ensuring smooth implementations and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills for the Client Account Director (RCM):
• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or provider relations.
• Strong background in RCM functions such as billing, payment posting, denial management, and accounts payable.
• Confidence and presence to engage with executive-level stakeholders and translate client goals into actionable strategies.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting performance data to guide decisions and improve client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
