Job Title: Product Launch Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Product Launch Specialist to join our client to support brand visibility and product success through awards management, competitive claims, and coordinated marketing initiatives. This Camden, NJ-based contract role plays a pivotal part in shaping consumer-facing messages, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, training, and public relations to deliver well-executed product launches. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns while strengthening expertise in claims management and marketing communications.
 

Compensation:
$50 – $54/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Key Responsibilities of the Product Launch Specialist:
• Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of awards, accolades, and licensed claims, ensuring compliance and consistency across all product and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to integrate award recognition and competitive claims into marketing, PR, sales, and training efforts.
• Manage external partnerships with industry publications and organizations, including licensing agreements, budgeting, and the development of sales and marketing materials.
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate launch and marketing meetings, providing agendas, communication decks, and supporting collateral.
• Maintain and organize digital resources, including claims databases and messaging portals, ensuring information is current and accessible for launch teams.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Product Launch Specialist:
• Experience within the automotive industry or a strong familiarity with automotive trends is preferred.
• Skilled at analyzing data, preparing reports, and creating polished communication decks.
• Ability to adapt technical or award-based language into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
• Strong collaboration, relationship management, and communication abilities across departments and agencies.
• Proven project management and follow-up skills to keep initiatives on track through completion.
• Background in contract negotiation and vendor management is an asset.
• Highly detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
