Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client to provide legal support in personal injury litigation and pre-litigation matters. This direct-hire role, based onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ, is responsible for managing case files, coordinating with clients and external parties, and ensuring deadlines and legal documentation are handled with accuracy. The paralegal will play a key role in organizing records, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
 

Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (with one remote workday per week after 90 days)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Paralegal:
• Maintain communication with clients to gather treatment updates and provide ongoing case support
• Request, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, and related documentation to prepare case summaries
• Draft and file legal pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement materials in compliance with court procedures
• Manage case deadlines, schedule hearings and depositions, and coordinate with experts and opposing counsel
• Prepare settlement documents and assist with case resolution processes
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Personal Injury Paralegal:
• Prior paralegal experience in personal injury or litigation required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FileVine or similar case management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury documentation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual skills a plus
