Job Title: Sr. Compensation Consultant
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Compensation Consultant to join our client to support the redesign and administration of incentive compensation programs while driving the implementation of a new incentive compensation management (ICM) platform. This role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring governance standards are applied across the organization. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure efficient rollout and effective communication of program changes. This is a remote contract opportunity, with preference for candidates located in EST or CST time zones.
 

Compensation:
Up to $83.33/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Compensation Consultant:
• Assess and streamline incentive compensation plan processes, closing gaps in data, workflows, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver recommendations for plan design, reporting, and process improvements.
• Guide the successful implementation of the ICM platform by coordinating with internal project management, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Act as a lead project resource, fostering collaboration across teams and influencing decision-making to achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop clear communications and reporting to keep leadership and stakeholders aligned on progress and expectations.
• Provide expert insight and thought leadership to ensure program and process changes align with best practices.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Compensation Consultant:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including prior leadership responsibility.
• Proven success in incentive compensation program design, administration, and implementation.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, resolve complex problems, and manage details effectively.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS and incentive compensation administration platforms.
