Job Title: Jr. Funding Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Jr. Funding Specialist to join our client to support loan funding operations and ensure accurate review of critical documentation. This role plays an important part in validating compliance materials, assisting senior team members with fraud prevention steps, and maintaining detailed records to help the funding process run smoothly. The position offers exposure to the financial services industry and requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and collaboration. This is a contract position that is fully remote; however, candidates located near Marlton, NJ will be required to work onsite.
 

Compensation:
$22/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, following the EST time zone
 

Key Responsibilities of the Jr. Funding Specialist:
• Conduct initial reviews of CPL and title documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate review outcomes clearly with internal branch teams and stakeholders.
• Assist senior specialists with fraud prevention, reporting, and additional funding requirements.
• Organize and track documentation to support timely and efficient funding processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the funding team while maintaining reliable attendance.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Jr. Funding Specialist:
• High school diploma or GED required; further education or training is a plus.
• Up to one year of relevant experience, with a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
• Comfortable working extended hours when needed during peak funding periods.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
