Job Title: Funding Resolution Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Funding Resolution Specialist to join our client to support loan funding operations and ensure compliance with closing requirements. This role is offered on a contract basis and is primarily remote; however, candidates residing within commuting distance of Marlton, NJ will be required to work onsite. The specialist will be responsible for managing a pipeline of loans, coordinating with title vendors, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete before disbursement. Compensation:
$22/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Key Responsibilities of the Funding Resolution Specialist:
• Oversee loan funding pipelines by verifying documents, disclosures, and title work for compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Coordinate with title vendors and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of closing issues, corrections, and disbursement approvals.
• Manage communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to address deficiencies, deadlines, and post-closing adjustments.
• Accurately input and maintain loan information in internal systems while electronically filing and tracking required documents.
• Support the closing and funding process for various loan types (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) across both retail and wholesale channels.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Funding Resolution Specialist:
• High School Diploma or GED required; further education or related training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in loan funding, closing, or a related financial services role.
• Basic knowledge of title work, insurance requirements, and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and comfort with electronic document management.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
