Job Title: Advisor Services Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Advisor Services Specialist to join our client to provide high-quality support to financial advisors and their teams. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this contract-to-hire position follows a hybrid schedule, with work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays and required onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday (training follows the same schedule). The role is focused on building lasting advisor relationships by offering thoughtful solutions, clear guidance, and dependable service. Specialists will play a critical role in ensuring advisors maximize the value of the platform while also gaining exposure to career growth opportunities in client relationship management and financial services.
 

Compensation:
$25.00/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts during standard business hours. Arizona candidates may be scheduled as early as 7:00 AM or as late as 6:00 PM local time.
 

Key Responsibilities of the Advisor Services Specialist:
• Deliver timely and professional phone-based support, addressing advisor inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships by offering proactive follow-up, ownership of cases, and reliable resolutions.
• Collaborate across departments and partner with sales consultants to ensure advisors are empowered to fully leverage the platform.
• Monitor service interactions for quality, maintain queue coverage, and resolve issues in ways that restore trust and confidence.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback, escalating risks when appropriate, and supporting service standards.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Advisor Services Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior experience in financial services, customer relationship management, or client-facing roles is highly valued; motivated entry-level candidates will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally, probe effectively, and connect with diverse audiences.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, resourceful approach to delivering solutions.
• Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to consistent attendance on scheduled onsite days.
• Series 6 or 7 licensing is a plus and may accelerate ramp-up during busy seasons.
