Job Title: Warehouse Operations Support
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support professional to join our client to help streamline warehouse activities by resolving delivery and inventory discrepancies. In this role, you’ll serve as the liaison between production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time. This position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on involvement in warehouse operations. This is a contract position based onsite in Kulpsville, PA, working first shift, Monday through Friday.
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, first shift, onsite in Kulpsville, PA
 

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Support:
• Identify and resolve delivery issues caused by missing, incorrect, or mismatched inventory or packaging details.
• Investigate order and shipment discrepancies by collaborating with warehouse staff, supervisors, customer service, and sales teams.
• Monitor and update order statuses within the ERP system to ensure timely and accurate product movement.
• Perform both desk-based and floor-based activities, including routine walkthroughs of the manufacturing area to follow up on operational concerns.
• Uphold warehouse safety and PPE compliance standards while promoting a culture of accuracy and accountability.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Warehouse Operations Support:
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong computer proficiency are required.
• Understanding of inventory management processes, ideally within a medical device or pharmaceutical setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate effectively across departments.
• A college education is preferred; equivalent experience is highly valued.
 

Job Environment:
This position is primarily based in an office or conference room setting, with regular walking through the manufacturing area where PPE is required to follow up on delivery and operational issues.
