Job Title: Legal Marketing Director
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Marketing Director to join our client to lead brand strategy and community engagement efforts for a well-respected personal injury law firm near King of Prussia, PA. This role oversees creative direction, advertising, and event-based marketing initiatives to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate brings experience managing multi-channel campaigns, vendor partnerships, and analytics, with a strong understanding of how to position a trusted legal brand in a competitive market. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering hybrid flexibility after training.
 

Compensation:
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
 

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Marketing Director:
• Lead firmwide marketing strategy and brand execution across media, community outreach, and digital channels.
• Manage advertising initiatives including media buys, SEO partnerships, and social media campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Coordinate creative content production, including video, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with firm messaging.
• Oversee sponsorships, charitable events, and grassroots marketing initiatives to enhance community engagement.
• Track campaign performance and spending, providing insight into effectiveness, lead generation, and overall marketing impact.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of marketing projects.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Legal Marketing Director:
• Proven experience managing marketing operations within a law firm, preferably personal injury or professional services.
• Strong background in media buying, SEO, social media management, and Google Analytics reporting.
• Skilled in developing and executing creative content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Litify or similar tools, including dashboard creation and performance tracking.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
