Job Title: Engineering Product Support Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Engineering Product Support Specialist to join our client to support order fulfillment, contract review, and customer specification management for a globally regulated manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key link between commercial and operations teams, ensuring data accuracy, streamlined communication, and timely completion of workflow tasks. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical aptitude and administrative coordination skills to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement across engineering and order management systems. This position is onsite in Lansdale, PA, offered on a contract-to-hire basis.
Compensation:
$28–$33 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, onsite
Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Product Support Specialist:
• Coordinate and manage the review and translation of customer contract specifications between commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Serve as the main liaison for clarifying technical requirements, maintaining consistent communication to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Prioritize and monitor workflow tasks within Salesforce and 3DX, ensuring prompt attention to high-priority or time-sensitive items.
• Maintain accurate records of document approvals, compliance data, and system updates to reflect current project statuses.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for performance metrics, contributing to process enhancements and audit readiness.
• Provide general administrative and documentation support to the Engineering team, including organization of technical content and quality documentation.
Qualifications and Skills for the Engineering Product Support Specialist:
• High school diploma required; an associate’s degree or higher in a technical or administrative field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting contract review, order processing, or similar administrative workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP required; experience with Salesforce and/or 3DX is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and task ownership.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace preferred.
