Job Title: Commercial Loan Document Filing Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Loan Document Filing Specialist to join our client to support the organization’s commercial lending operations through meticulous document management and file maintenance. This contract position, located in Wilmington, DE, offers a hybrid work arrangement and plays a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance in loan documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with loan documentation systems to help maintain efficient recordkeeping and seamless workflow within the lending division.
 

Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
 

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Loan Document Filing Specialist:
• Receive, review, and accurately scan commercial loan documentation for electronic filing post-closing.
• Maintain and organize collateral and loan files, ensuring completeness and accessibility within digital systems.
• Process internal file requests, including researching, retrieving, and delivering documents in physical or electronic form.
• Assist in the movement, shipment, and tracking of loan files while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and recommending filing or workflow efficiencies.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Commercial Loan Document Filing Specialist:
• Experience handling commercial or consumer loan documents is required.
• Strong proficiency with document filing systems; familiarity with FIS Image Center, Excel, and nCino is preferred.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of loan documentation standards or prior experience in a banking environment is highly desirable.
