Job Title: Disability & Leave Coordinator
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Disability & Leave Coordinator to join our client to support employees and managers through the administration of medical and disability leave programs. This contract role, based in Bryn Mawr, PA, Wilmington, DE, or Philadelphia, PA (onsite), will handle day-to-day leave processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related state regulations. The Coordinator will serve as a key contact for employees on leave, balancing compliance accuracy with compassionate, customer-focused service.
 

Compensation:
$33–$35/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
 

Key Responsibilities of the Disability & Leave Coordinator:
• Coordinate all aspects of employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, and state-specific leaves.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding eligibility, documentation, and next steps throughout the leave process.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication regarding employee absences.
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of leave cases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy within internal systems.
• Monitor ongoing leaves, follow up on documentation requirements, and process extensions or transitions as needed.
• Respond to high-volume inquiries with professionalism and empathy, maintaining a positive employee experience.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Disability & Leave Coordinator:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, benefits administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations.
• Previous experience supporting leave or disability administration within a corporate or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service orientation with a patient, friendly demeanor.
