Job Title: Senior ID Card Specialist
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior ID Card Specialist to join our client to support the delivery of accurate, high-quality ID card production for a large healthcare membership base. This contract-to-hire position, located onsite in Philadelphia, PA (Tuesday–Thursday), plays a critical role in ensuring member data integrity, maintaining benefit templates, and improving internal workflows. The Senior ID Card Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, enhance reporting accuracy, and uphold compliance with benefit and enrollment guidelines.
 

Compensation:
$37.85/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours (37.5-hour work week) with potential overtime up to 2 hours per day, including some weekends.
 

Key Responsibilities of the Senior ID Card Specialist:
• Manage the end-to-end ID card process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of member ID card requests.
• Review and update benefit templates, confirming that member data aligns with system requirements and business directives.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and vendors, addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating resolutions for special handling requests.
• Support reporting and auditing efforts by identifying process improvements, investigating unusual cases, and escalating issues that may impact service delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and special projects to strengthen collaboration, enhance system workflows, and promote operational efficiency.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior ID Card Specialist:
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, benefits administration, or a related data-driven role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare benefits structure and member data processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive work approach.
• A degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
