Job Title: Financial Analyst
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. This direct-hire, hybrid position based in West Palm Beach, FL, offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with accounting and operational teams to drive accurate financial insights and improve business decision-making. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in interpreting data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives.
 

Compensation:
Up to $115,000 annually, with bonus opportunity
 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite
 

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting entries and financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, variances, and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present financial models, performance reports, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and audit support as needed.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a related field may be considered with equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems; experience in the utilities industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
