Job Title: Office Administrator
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator to join our client to support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient title management within a fast-paced office environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized recordkeeping, processing critical vehicle title documents, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet project deadlines. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, offering a steady Monday through Friday schedule during standard business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility).
 

Compensation:
$20/hour
 

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
 

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
• Oversee the receipt, review, and filing of vehicle titles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and marketability.
• Maintain detailed records for project and third-party titles, ensuring all documentation is logged, tracked, and stored properly.
• Process title transactions for market and direct sales, matching titles with Bills of Sale and ensuring timely execution and mailing.
• Coordinate with auction partners and external vendors to manage redeemed titles, ensuring same-day turnaround when required.
• Prepare and submit title-related documents such as Power of Attorney forms, state-specific paperwork, and repo affidavits.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks, including tracking payments and verifying sale-related funds.
• Support ongoing project organization by maintaining secure safes, retrieving and returning titles, and assisting with document requests.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Office Administrator:
• Prior administrative or clerical experience within an automotive, title, or dealership environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working within database or tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
