Job Title: Loan Advisor
 

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Loan Advisor to join our client to help customers achieve their homeownership goals through personalized guidance and tailored mortgage solutions. This direct-hire, remote role (Eastern Standard Time hours) combines financial consultation, customer engagement, and sales development. The position begins with a structured training and licensing program, offering a strong foundation for long-term success in the mortgage industry while providing guaranteed income and support throughout the ramp-up period.
 

Compensation:
Base Pay: $65,000/year for the first 3 months during training and onboarding
Guaranteed commission provided during a 6-month ramp-up period
Uncapped earning potential based on individual performance and book of business


Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (EST), with one Saturday per month
 

Key Responsibilities of the Loan Advisor:
• Complete paid training and successfully obtain mortgage originator licensing (SAFE exam and NMLS registration).
• Engage with inbound and outbound customer leads to assess needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Explain loan options, terms, and qualification criteria clearly and compliantly to support informed customer decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and an excellent client experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and service performance goals while adhering to company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain professional communication and collaboration across internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
 

Qualifications and Skills for the Loan Advisor:
• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage sales, retail banking, or a call center sales environment.
• Strong interest in financial services and a results-driven, self-motivated mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and following Eastern Time Zone hours.
• No existing SAFE license required—company covers all licensing and training expenses.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
