Job Title: Customer Solutions Associate

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join our client to support business operations through efficient data management, customer communication, and policy processing. This individual will play a key role in reviewing customer requests, researching property data, and preparing accurate insurance quotes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical and customer-facing work within a well-established organization.

Compensation:
$20.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Wayne, PA and 2 days remote, including during training). Must have flexibility to work until 8:00 PM after training

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Associate:

  • Review customer applications and requests to verify data accuracy, qualifying accounts according to established guidelines and standards.

  • Input, update, and maintain information within internal systems, rating tools, and spreadsheets to ensure quotes and policies are processed accurately.

  • Conduct research using company databases and external web resources to validate property details, assess prior coverage or losses, and calculate insured values.

  • Communicate with customers, brokers, and internal teams via phone and email to provide timely updates, resolve inquiries, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Support quote issuance, risk assessment orders, and account renewals, ensuring all documentation and data entry meet compliance and quality expectations.

  • Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Solutions Associate:

  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, data processing, or administrative support preferred.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer systems; comfortable learning internal rating and quoting platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
