Job Title: Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our client to support the management and growth of a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-quality service, and ensuring each account receives comprehensive coverage and timely support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical insurance knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and carriers in a fast-paced environment. Compensation:
$70,000 annually + bonus

Work Schedule:
Full-time, standard business hours; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Lawrenceville, GA.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager:

• Manage and retain commercial client accounts by providing consistent, proactive service and ensuring satisfaction through responsive communication and effective issue resolution.

• Oversee renewals and policy changes by reviewing coverage needs, marketing renewals to carriers, preparing quotes, and securing timely and accurate binders.

• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or expand existing accounts and supporting new business efforts within commercial lines.

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, brokers, and insurance carriers to coordinate coverage, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation in the agency management system.

• Maintain accuracy and compliance by ensuring all account records, policy documentation, and billing activities are processed efficiently and meet regulatory and agency standards.

Qualifications and Skills for the Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager:

• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management, sales support, or client service within an agency or carrier environment.

• Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Georgia required.

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages including habitational property, general and professional liability, and workers compensation.

• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
