Job Title: Bilingual Quality Business Analyst

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Quality Business Analyst to join our client to support accurate transaction processing and continuous system improvement. This hybrid role in Philadelphia, PA, will focus on reviewing high-volume data, evaluating system updates, and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure that process changes operate as intended while providing clear documentation and feedback to key stakeholders. This is a temporary-to-hire position with on-site work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation:
$33.25/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (37.5-hour work week); on-site Tuesday–Thursday

Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Quality Business Analyst:

• Review and validate transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Develop and execute test plans to confirm that system modifications perform as expected and are properly implemented.
• Document findings, track issues, and provide timely feedback and recommendations for resolution or escalation when needed.
• Analyze error trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest process improvements and system updates.
• Maintain clear and detailed specifications to support workflow enhancements and correction of identified issues.

Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Quality Business Analyst:

• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or a related role.
• High school diploma is required; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to follow defined procedures and resolve issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document work clearly and communicate findings to appropriate teams.
