Job Title: Correspondence Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Correspondence Coordinator to join our client to support the coordination of medical record requests and outreach efforts within the healthcare quality department. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data collection for health initiatives by contacting provider offices, tracking responses, and facilitating communication between healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Compensation:
$15.70/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Correspondence Coordinator:

  • Conduct outbound outreach calls to provider offices to request and coordinate medical records, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

  • Track and log all outreach activity in the internal database to maintain compliance and provide transparent reporting to leadership.

  • Communicate professionally with office managers, health systems, and other provider contacts to confirm receipt and submission of records.

  • Review PDF medical record files, verify member demographic details using Adobe Acrobat, and distribute records to clinical team members for further review.

  • Participate in paid remote training sessions and adhere to all company policies, including HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Skills for the Correspondence Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a call-center, administrative, or healthcare support role with strong customer service skills.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and comfort working with medical records or health-related data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat; ability to manage multiple digital systems efficiently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail and organization.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • High school diploma required; some college or a degree preferred.
