Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our client to support the review, negotiation, and management of various contracts that protect business interests and ensure compliance. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining detailed contract records, and supporting legal counsel with documentation and communications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position based in Camden, NJ, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate contracting within a dynamic organization.
Compensation:
$30 – $45/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including NDAs, statements of work, amendments, and event-related documents.
Support senior counsel with legal and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate contract execution.
Maintain and organize contract records within a centralized management system, ensuring accessibility and compliance with internal processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT to align contract terms with organizational policies and goals.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and third parties, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding of contract requirements.
Qualifications and Skills for the Contracts Administrator:
Foundational understanding of legal and business contract structures and terminology.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering data or documentation.
Experience using a contract management platform such as Ironclad (or comparable system).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred—or equivalent relevant experience.
