Job Title: RCM Enrollment Director

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an RCM Enrollment Director to join our client to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of their provider enrollment division. This role will focus on driving performance, compliance, and operational excellence across all enrollment functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the provider lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with a deep understanding of payer regulations, process optimization, and team development within a revenue cycle environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape departmental strategy, enhance client partnerships, and make a measurable impact on organizational success.

Compensation:
$160,000 – $172,000 annually + 20% bonus (paid bi-annually)

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, standard business hours (Remote)

Key Responsibilities of the RCM Enrollment Director:

  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Oversee the direction and success of the provider enrollment organization, setting clear goals and aligning departmental priorities with enterprise initiatives.

  • Develop and Mentor Teams: Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership group while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture.

  • Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring delivery of high-quality enrollment services and outcomes.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor performance metrics, identify process gaps, and implement data-driven strategies to improve timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Streamline Processes and Systems: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, leverage technology, and strengthen data integrity across multiple client programs.

  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Establish and uphold best practices, policies, and procedures that meet payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.

  • Support Business and Financial Goals: Partner with executive leadership to forecast resource needs, manage budgets, and present performance insights that guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills for the RCM Enrollment Director:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or revenue cycle operations.

  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing large or multi-site teams.

  • Expertise in payer enrollment systems, CAQH, NPI processes, and related technologies; knowledge of EDI, EFT, and ERA preferred.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and presentation abilities.

  • Adept at driving continuous improvement in fast-paced, matrixed healthcare settings.
