Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our client to oversee key client partnerships and ensure exceptional service delivery within the healthcare revenue cycle management space. This individual will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, driving communication, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to optimize operational performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing role, enjoys analyzing performance metrics, and is skilled at managing relationships that lead to long-term success. This is a remote, direct-hire opportunity offering the ability to collaborate with a dynamic and growing organization.

Compensation:
$90,000 – $105,000 annually + 10% bonus potential

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours


Key Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Lead Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and drive operational excellence.

  • Performance Oversight: Review performance metrics, analyze reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of billing, revenue, and compliance processes.

  • Operational Improvement: Identify and recommend process enhancements based on data trends, client feedback, and business goals to improve efficiency and service outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments—including finance, HR, compliance, and managed care—to support contract renewals, payor negotiations, and new client onboarding.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide oversight and guidance to Client Success team members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with company standards.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate client documentation, meeting logs, and reports while ensuring adherence to healthcare and data security regulations.


Qualifications and Skills for the Client Relationship Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related client-facing role.

  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare compliance, and payer contracts.

  • Proven ability to lead client relationships with professionalism, communication, and strategic insight.

  • Proficiency in RCM platforms, workflow management tools, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
