Job Title: Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Vice President, Human Resources to join our client to lead global people strategy, guide HR operations, and support ongoing organizational growth. This executive role partners closely with senior leadership to shape culture, strengthen performance programs, and modernize HR processes. The SVP will oversee a distributed team, drive major organizational initiatives, and play an essential role in building scalable HR infrastructure for a mid-sized global company. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity supporting a dynamic and evolving workforce.
Compensation:
$200,000 – $250,000/year + bonus
Work Schedule:
M–F, normal business hours

Employment Type: Direct-Hire
• Lead and mentor a global HR team, including senior HR business partners, while ensuring alignment across U.S., Europe, and India.
• Drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
• Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape workforce strategy, leadership development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee the advancement of HR operations, including process improvements and supporting the ongoing Workday implementation.
• Support HR scalability and adaptability within a fast-moving, mid-sized global organization with diverse cultural and operational needs.
• 7+ years of HR leadership experience overseeing teams, driving strategy, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Experience working within mid-sized or growth-oriented organizations, with comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong global HR exposure and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics across multiple countries.
• Background in the software or technology sector is highly preferred, though similar industry experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, lead complex HR initiatives, and support organizational development.
