Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to join our client to support the delivery, organization, and continuous improvement of global training programs. This role helps ensure training content, logistics, and learner data are well-managed so employees have a seamless learning experience. The Coordinator will maintain the company’s learning systems, guide participants and trainers through the training process, and contribute to operational excellence projects. This is a 100% remote, long-term temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Commensurate with experience

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST

Key Responsibilities of the Training & Development Coordinator:

  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training materials, participant records, certifications, and reporting data remain accurate and current.
  • Serve as a central resource for learners, trainers, and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and facilitating timely communication around training activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and facility staff to ensure smooth execution.
  • Produce training reports, analyze participation trends, and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with system enhancements, workflow updates, and process optimization efforts.

Qualifications and Skills for the Training & Development Coordinator:

  • Experience supporting training administration, LMS management, or a similar learning operations role.
  • A background in HR, education, business, or a related area—either through academic study or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, Microsoft Office, and service management or ticketing systems.
  • Comfort working with global or cross-functional teams, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
