Job Title: Call Center Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client to support homeowners by delivering efficient, accurate, and compassionate assistance throughout their service experience. This fully remote temporary role provides an opportunity to help resolve a wide range of customer concerns while maintaining strong service standards and navigating established procedures. You will engage with callers across multiple states, ensuring clear communication, timely problem resolution, and reliable follow-through.
Compensation:
$16.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Five days per week, eight-hour shifts within the operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–9:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am–3:00pm.
