Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client to support homeowners by delivering efficient, accurate, and compassionate assistance throughout their service experience. This fully remote temporary role provides an opportunity to help resolve a wide range of customer concerns while maintaining strong service standards and navigating established procedures. You will engage with callers across multiple states, ensuring clear communication, timely problem resolution, and reliable follow-through.

Compensation:
$16.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Five days per week, eight-hour shifts within the operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–9:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am–3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

  • Deliver responsive, customer-focused support by answering inbound and outbound calls and guiding homeowners through routine and complex inquiries.
  • Navigate telephone tools, internal systems, and documented procedures to gather information, resolve concerns, and determine next steps.
  • Document all interactions with accuracy, ensuring complete and organized records of customer communications.
  • Identify issues, apply sound judgment to determine solutions, and escalate cases requiring additional research or specialized review.
  • Meet individual and team performance standards by maintaining productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Call Center Representative:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a foundation in customer service best practices.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for callers.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to follow structured processes.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze situations and determine appropriate actions.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience, and familiarity with mortgage-related terminology, are beneficial.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, MD, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WV.
