Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our client to support high-volume customer inquiries and help drive a positive service experience for account holders. This fully remote, temporary-to-hire opportunity is open to candidates residing in Pennsylvania and offers the chance to play an important role in resolving banking-related questions with accuracy and care. In this role, you will interact with business clients across phone, email, and chat to deliver timely assistance and strengthen customer satisfaction. You will work within multiple systems, navigate financial products, and contribute to a smooth, solutions-focused workflow.

Compensation:
$18.50/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent:

  • Deliver responsive support to business clients across phone, email, and chat channels while ensuring a professional, service-oriented experience.
  • Guide customers through questions related to various banking products and digital tools, offering clear information and helpful solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve concerns by navigating multiple systems, documenting details, and ensuring issues move toward timely resolution.
  • Stay current on changes to products, account types, and operational procedures to provide accurate and consistent information.
  • Contribute to team goals by collaborating effectively and adjusting to scheduling needs when business demands shift.

Qualifications and Skills for the Call Center Agent:

  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment, with comfort discussing consumer account types and related processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and technology platforms in a remote support setting.
  • Strong organizational habits, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks independently while working from home.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with dependable high-speed internet.
