Job Title: Call Center Agent
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our client to support high-volume customer inquiries and help drive a positive service experience for account holders. This fully remote, temporary-to-hire opportunity is open to candidates residing in Pennsylvania and offers the chance to play an important role in resolving banking-related questions with accuracy and care. In this role, you will interact with business clients across phone, email, and chat to deliver timely assistance and strengthen customer satisfaction. You will work within multiple systems, navigate financial products, and contribute to a smooth, solutions-focused workflow.
Compensation:
$18.50/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
