Job Title: RCM Manager

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an RCM Manager to join our client to drive strong client partnerships and ensure the effective delivery of revenue cycle management services. This role focuses on monitoring client performance, elevating service standards, and guiding a team dedicated to success and operational excellence. The RCM Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to address performance gaps, streamline processes, and support ongoing implementations. With a strong emphasis on leadership, analytics, and relationship management, this individual will play a key role in supporting client growth and long-term satisfaction.

Compensation:
$120,000 – $150,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (CST)

Key Responsibilities of the RCM Manager:

• Lead client success efforts by evaluating performance metrics, ensuring service expectations are met, and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging KPI tools and reporting dashboards to analyze client health and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support and mentor client success team members, providing coaching, feedback, and developmental guidance to strengthen performance and professional growth.

• Facilitate cross-department collaboration by partnering with Operations, Business Services, and leadership to address revenue cycle challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Oversee onboarding and expansion activities by assisting with new client implementations and ensuring consistency in processes, compliance, and communication.

Qualifications and Skills for the RCM Manager:

• Background in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related discipline, with experience applying industry regulations and best practices.

• Proven leadership abilities, including guiding teams, setting expectations, and motivating staff in a fast-paced environment.

• Skilled in interpreting analytics, preparing presentations, and communicating complex information to diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality service.

• Familiarity with medical billing terminology, RCM workflows, and technology platforms such as workflow management tools or Outlook.
