Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client to support homeowners with mortgage-related inquiries and maintain smooth loan processes. This remote, direct-hire role allows candidates based in select states (FL, TN, GA, KY, AL, OH, WV, VA, SC, MD, TX, AR, NC) to engage directly with customers, providing timely and professional assistance. The ideal candidate will navigate complex conversations, balance multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to a high-performing, regulated call environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential to deliver excellent service and maintain compliance.
Compensation:
$16.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST, with one Saturday every four weeks, 9:00am–3:30pm
