Job Title: Quality Specialist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our client to support accurate, compliant, and timely product documentation while ensuring smooth operational workflows. This onsite role is located in Kulpsville, PA and is available as a temporary, contract-to-hire assignment. The Quality Specialist will help maintain quality standards across ERP systems, collaborate with warehouse and QA teams, and contribute to efficient delivery processes. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach are key to thriving in this fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation:
Up to $30/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Specialist:

• Ensure product documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with customer and internal standards to prevent errors or rework.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA to verify batch information, support validations, and maintain workflow accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and warehouse teams to support timely shipments and smooth operational throughput.
• Assist in managing time-sensitive tasks under tight deadlines, helping reduce backlogs and maintain delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively across functions to address quality concerns and streamline documentation processes.

Qualifications and Skills for the Quality Specialist:

• Proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and comfort navigating software-driven environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on error-free documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; aerospace manufacturing or quality-focused roles are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative team setting.
