Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our client to support accurate inspection processes and ensure product quality across incoming materials and finished goods. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance standards by performing detailed assessments, documenting results, and supporting investigations into quality concerns. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and brings strong attention to detail when reviewing products and records. This is a full-time, onsite contract position based in West Chester, PA.

Compensation:
$27/hour

Work Schedule:
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Post-training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM


Key Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:

Inspection & Testing Execution
Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials and finished goods, perform routine testing, and accurately capture results within required documentation systems.

Quality Documentation & Record Management
Maintain complete, organized inspection files by scanning, filing, and updating records to support compliance and audit readiness.

Non-Conformance Handling
Initiate non-conformance reports, assist with investigations, and ensure that non-conforming materials are identified and processed according to established procedures.

Workspace & Audit Support
Keep the inspection area organized with proper placement of materials and assist with internal audits as needed to uphold quality standards.


Qualifications and Skills for the Quality Control Inspector:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training or an associate degree is preferred.

Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to navigate digital documentation efficiently.

1–3 years of experience conducting quality inspections in a regulated environment.

Comfort interpreting engineering drawings and applying them during inspections.

Strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
