Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Cash Management Specialist to join our client to support essential treasury workflows and ensure smooth daily cash operations. This role focuses on managing cash activity, preparing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation that supports broader accounting functions. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver timely information, resolve banking portal issues, and help strengthen overall treasury efficiency. This position is an excellent fit for someone building their career in accounting or treasury who enjoys detail-oriented, fast-paced financial work.

Compensation:
$26/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Cash Management Specialist:

Support Daily Treasury Activities
Assist with routine cash operations, including preparing wire transfers, submitting payment requests, completing daily cash reconciliations, and supporting post-processing activities for the Accounting team.

Oversee Banking Portals & System Maintenance
Manage multiple online banking systems by updating users, entering data, uploading cash details, and coordinating with banking partners to resolve portal issues.

Maintain Accurate Treasury Documentation
Keep organized, audit-ready records of all treasury transactions, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure consistent financial accuracy.

Partner Across Internal Departments
Work with teams such as Accounting and Merchandising to provide timely information, support bank-related inquiries, and assist with periodic reporting and ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications and Skills for the Cash Management Specialist:

Experience with banking systems, treasury portals, or similar financial platforms.

Background in cash management, bookkeeping, AP, or junior-level accounting functions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial data.

Familiarity with SAP is helpful but not required.
