Job Title: QA Specialist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a QA Specialist to join our client to support Medicare-related quality assurance efforts by conducting test calls and documenting results with accuracy. This role focuses on evaluating agent performance using structured scripts and predefined metrics to ensure compliance and consistency. You will help maintain organized records, contribute to efficient open enrollment operations, and deliver clear communication throughout the testing process. This is a contract opportunity based onsite in Blue Bell, PA.

Compensation:
$18.50/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM (flexible scheduling available; some calls may align to MTN time)

Key Responsibilities of the QA Specialist:

• Conduct scripted test calls with sales agents and assess each interaction using Medicare-aligned guidelines.
• Record call outcomes, enter data accurately, and maintain organized call logs and documentation.
• Evaluate agent performance, identify areas of improvement, and ensure assessment criteria are consistently applied.
• Communicate findings professionally and contribute to a positive, compliance-focused workflow.

Qualifications and Skills for the QA Specialist:

• Experience in a call center, Medicare support, or open enrollment environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Reliable data entry abilities and comfort working within structured scripts and documentation tools.
• Ability to stay organized, follow detailed processes, and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
