Job Title: Licensing Administrator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensing Administrator to join our client to support accurate, timely vehicle licensing operations across multiple states. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer vehicles are properly licensed by coordinating with state agencies, internal partners, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This is a temporary-to-potential-hire opportunity based onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Compensation:
$22/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Licensing Administrator:

  • Manage end-to-end vehicle licensing activities by preparing, submitting, and tracking documentation for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment across various states
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for licensing-related questions, delivering timely and professional responses to internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Coordinate with state motor vehicle agencies and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with state-specific requirements and resolve licensing delays
  • Monitor regulatory updates and state law changes, communicating impacts and best practices to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate vehicle and client data within internal systems, ensuring consistency, completeness, and data integrity
  • Support team effectiveness by assisting with training, sharing subject matter knowledge, and collaborating closely with analysts on client-specific needs

Qualifications and Skills for the Licensing Administrator:

  • An associate degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on administrative experience
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role; exposure to DMV or licensing processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and general office technology, along with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills paired with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teammates to meet shared goals
