Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our client and provide exceptional support to members during the open enrollment season. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist with benefit inquiries, and ensure accurate resolutions while delivering a positive customer experience. This is a remote position based out of Philadelphia, PA, starting in January 2026. The role is Contract-to-Hire, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after the initial assignment.
Compensation:
$21.95 per hour
Work Schedule:
The call center operates 7 days a week, and candidates must be available between 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM, with flexibility to work weekends. You will work 5 days per week in 8-hour shifts.
