Job Title: Facilities Director

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Facilities Director to join our client and oversee pharmacy operations across multiple locations in Chandler, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ. This role is a temp-to-hire opportunity and requires an onsite presence to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in daily pharmacy activities. The Facilities Director will play a critical role in supervising pharmacy technicians, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting compounding and dispensing processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions.

Compensation:
$65 – $68/hour

Work Schedule:
Operations run from 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Director:

• Manage and support daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding, labeling, and packaging medications.
• Perform final verification checks on prescriptions and oversee order fulfillment processes.
• Communicate prescription clarifications, answer inquiries, and ensure compliance with USP and Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications and Skills for the Facilities Director:

• Proven experience in pharmacy operations management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of USP guidelines and state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
