Job Title: Advisor Services Specialist

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Advisor Services Specialist to join our client to support financial advisors by delivering dependable, high-quality service and guidance. This temporary-to-hire position is based onsite in Phoenix, AZ and plays a key role in strengthening advisor relationships through timely resolution of questions and concerns. The specialist serves as a central point of contact, partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate information, consistent follow-through, and a positive service experience. Success in this role helps advisors confidently leverage the platform while contributing to long-term client trust and retention.

Compensation:
$25.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Advisor Services Specialist:

• Deliver responsive phone-based support for inbound advisor inquiries, ensuring clear, professional, and solution-oriented interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments and sales partners to research requests, provide accurate guidance, and resolve service needs efficiently
• Take full ownership of advisor issues by tracking requests through completion and providing proactive updates on status and outcomes
• Promote a high standard of service by identifying, escalating, and helping resolve service breakdowns to restore advisor confidence
• Share advisor feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and platform functionality
• Help mitigate firm risk by setting appropriate expectations and offering consistent, well-informed guidance to advisors
